dpmike can’t post in the forums

Wondered if Admin could sort out this problem (if Dpmike is still have a problem)

He messaged me to say he couldn’t post in forums for some reason ?

I cannot recall the last time I saw a post from a moderator or admin - at least a year ago I think...

Has he tried logging out, clearing his browser cache and logging back in again. I have seen this fix stuff on other fora.

Different browser may fix it too.

I've flagged with Al, but have also checked the mod panel personally and can't see any reason why he shouldn't be able to post in the forums? his user privileges haven't changed.

Ref the above, the reason for the lack of posting availability is due to email address validation.

When DPMike Registered, a validation email was sent to ***@m95.uk - that email contained a link to click to activate the account. No such activation click was carried out and as such, 'posting' rights could not automatically be invoked.

I'll manually override this within the next hour.

Yeah. I'm back. Thank you Al.

To be clear, no activation e-mail was received. I was expecting one and checked spam filters, but found nothing in either old or new addresses.

I also tried creating a new account, but the same thing happened - no activation e-mail was received.
