    Default A Mystery Wire

As I was checking the spark plugs the other day, as you do. I had the rear panel and crash bar removed. Previously, I had noticed a white wire floating around on top of the engine previously, it was neatly folded and taped to the intercooler pipe with its spade connector neatly taped up. With the rear clear, I found the other end of the wire. It was soldered to the 'blue' wire leading to the exhaust lambda sensor. The blue wire was still in tact, but part of the insulation was stripped away and the mystery wire was soldered to it. It's still there, but next time I get the chance, I will probably remove it. Anyone got any ideas what the mystery is/was for?

The mystery wire is no more. The mystery remains unsolved, but the wire has now been chopped off!
