When you say warning lights, do you mean the traction control light or a number of lights? Is anything displayed on the speedometer when you put the car into gear. The only thing I can think of is the steering angle sensor but I didn't think that would stop the car from driving...

    Who's instructions/directions?

Did you position the wheel straight ahead before starting?

Did you ensure the steering angle cartridge on the new wheel was correctly position before refitting, you can break things if 360degrees out.

You didn't turn the power back on until refitted?

You could refit the old wheel to ensure its not a duff replacement wheel....... If that doesn't work either then you'll know its something you did

You'd be better off taking it to Sam at McSmarts in Airdrie!

He's about half an hour from MB's, will be cheaper & deals with a LOT more roadies & will be able to use your old cassette to fix the new wheel if the cassette on the new wheel is faulty. MB will (try to) sell you a new wheel.

i guess i'll need to wait and see what they say but they have always been reliable in the past. possibly not the cheapest but i'm ok with that.
