Both headlamps - about 2 months after I cleaned up the lenses as they were looking a bit dull.

The orignal factory fitted Automotive Lighting units were 15 years old. The top fliexbile bracket broke again after already being repaired, other brackets were brittle and both dipped beam level adjustment motors had failed or were constantly noisy, and the headlamps were not in a good overall state to start disassembly to attempt to fix the adjustment motors.

Headlamp beam output is much improved as is the overall appearance of shiny new clear lenses.

Replaced today cooling water pump on a 17 year old Smart 450 that has only done 27,000 miles since new. Pump had 6 mm play measured at outer diameter of its pulley.
