Tomorrow replacing both door cards and the interior trim on the lower part of the hatch. 450 model. Also the spoilers on the bottom of the front bumper.

Default What was the last part replaced on your smart?

Intercooler swapped. Engine feels more powerful, which makes sense as there will be more boost without any leaks.

With holes like that it is actually "some boost" as opposed to "no boost".

I was thinking that when he first posted the photo, but if the plastic cowl that cut the holes was also partially blocking them it still might have got a little pressure.

I thought my ForTwo had been feeling quite flat until I noticed the dreaded wastegate circlip had made a bid for freedom last week. However I'm a little surprised that with a fully open wastegate it will still make almost 0.5bar boost close to the red line, though it doesn't start making any boost until almost 4000 RPM.

On the plus side it returned almost 10mpg more than usual, despite having to keep the RPM up to make decent progress.

Today it was the rear wheel bearings (both sides), drive shaft oil seals and fresh gearbox oil. Also new reluctor rings and a coat of paint for the drive shafts.

Nice and quiet now and hopefully won’t be flinging any more oil around.

Bought and fitted a set of Nightbreaker headlight bulbs at the weekend. Still have the bruising and scrape marks on my arm to show for it as well.

How are you finding them, worth the scarring?

My leds turned up from LEDcrazy today, I hope for good things.

Yes, well worth the pain as they made a useful improvement to the lights and they weren't particularly bad before.
