    Then its all for themselves as we have a friendly sprint back to Rykas cafe at the bottom of Box Hill Dorking.

    I really enjoyed last year and am looking forward to this run. It was good to see you at Walton last night - try and get some sleep though!

    Kevin its no problem i rellay enjoyed last year too and also looking forward to this one, and the sleep issue has been resloved and now fully rested .
